We’ll carefully review your profile and resume. If we think you’re a great fit, we’ll set up a 30-minute call to dive deeper into your background and what drives you.
If the call goes well, you’ll be invited for a 45-60 minute interview with one of our practice leads. This is a great chance for us to learn more about you, and you’ll also tackle a live case study.
If you impress us in the first interview, we’ll invite you to a virtual panel interview with our key leadership team. This usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes and gives us all a chance to see how well you’d fit with our team.
If the panel gives you the thumbs up, we’ll conduct reference checks and a police check to ensure all is in order. You’ll also have an informal meeting with our founder and, in some cases, your potential first client.
